Why this page exists
Health information changes, and sometimes we get something wrong. When either happens we fix the page, say on the page what changed, and add it to the list below.
We do not quietly edit. If you read something here and it later turned out to be wrong, you should be able to find that out without taking our word for it.
What counts
Correction. We said something that was not right.
Update. What we said was right at the time and the evidence or the regulation has since moved.
Clarification. What we said was defensible and was easy to read the wrong way.
If something we published could have led you to do something, and it was wrong, we fix it the same day, and we take the page down if we cannot.
Tell us
If you think something here is wrong, tell us. You do not need to be a clinician and you do not need a citation. We would rather hear it from you than not.
The list
This policy starts on 22 September 2026, alongside the first guides in our health optimization library. Corrections to anything published from that date appear here.
Nothing to list yet. When there is, each entry will say the date, the page, what it used to say, what it says now, and why it changed.
Our editorial standards explain how we grade evidence and who reviews what.
